Can I join as a complete beginner?

Yes. This program is designed specifically for people starting from scratch.

What camera do I need?

Any camera works. I’ll guide you based on what you already have.

Is this online or in-person?

You can choose either online or in-person sessions in Abu Dhabi, or combination.

How long is the program?

The program runs over 7 one-on-one sessions, each lasting around 60–90 minutes. Sessions are scheduled based on your availability and mine, so we can find times that work consistently.

Is the program fee charged per session or for the full program?

The fee covers the full 7-session program. It is not charged per session.

How do I schedule my sessions after enrolling?

You can schedule your sessions in a few simple ways:

• Select your first session date and time during booking

• Schedule the next sessions directly with me during or after each session

• Send a message via WhatsApp or email to arrange a time that works for you

How do I pay for the program?

Full payment is required before the start of the coaching. You can pay using any of the following methods:

• Bank transfer (for UAE residents only)

• Online payment (a secure payment link will be sent via email through MamoPay)

• Cash in the studio (for in-person sessions only)

Can I reschedule a session?

Yes. Sessions can be rescheduled with advance notice, at least two hours before.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, in case your realize this program is not for you, we will refund you depending on how many sessions you’ve attended:

• First session only: 100% refund if you do not want to continue

• 2–3 sessions: 50% refund

• 4 or more sessions: no refund

Why not just learn from YouTube for free?

YouTube can be helpful, but it’s often unstructured. You end up jumping between videos without knowing what to focus on or if you’re doing things correctly.

This program gives you a clear, step-by-step path, with direct feedback on your photos so you know exactly what to improve, without the guesswork.

Do you offer group classes?

The program is designed as a private 1-on-1 coaching experience. But if you and your friends or organization are interested in private group or corporate training, you can contact me directly at workshops@learnfromjaya.com.

Do you give out diplomas?

No. This is a practical, hands-on photography program focused on building real skills, and not an academic or certification-based course.
